摘　　要：模拟审判是现代法学教育中不可或缺的一个环节,丰富了教学的内容和方式,提高了教学的效果,在法学教学中占有极其重要的地位。要充分发挥模拟审判在法学实践性教学活动中的重要作用就应该从师资队伍、管理制度、物质保障和评价体系四个方面给予充分的保证和规范。模拟审判教学活动作为法学专业重要的实践性课程,其课程的设置不仅是为了全面提高学生的实践能力,同时也有助于巩固学生对专业理论知识的综合运用能力,更是以实现与社会主义法制建设相适应的复合型法学人才为培养目标的重要环节。Mock trial modem science education is a indispensable link,enrich the teaching content and method,improve the teaching effect, playing an important role.We should be give full play to the role in law practical teaching activities from management system and the material guarantee and evaluation system of four aspects.Mock trial teaching activities as the legal science specialized important practical courses,the course is not only for the setting of the improve students＇ practice ability, but also help to reinforce students＇ professional the comprehensive ability of the theoretical knowledge,realize and socialist legal system construction adapt to the compound talents training target for law important segment.
