摘 要:[目的]了解敦化市居民食用盐碘含量情况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]对2004~2010年敦化市居民户食用盐监测资料进行分析。[结果]2004~2010年累计检测2 016份居民户食用盐,合格碘盐1 962份,不合格碘盐54份,非碘盐1份,碘盐覆盖率为99.95%,碘盐合格率为97.37%,合格碘盐食用率为97.32%,非碘盐率为0.01%,盐碘中位数为32.20mg/kg。2004~2010年,碘盐合格率分别为92.01%、98.61%、95.12%、100.00%、98.61%、97.91%、99.31%,合格碘盐食用率分别为92.01%、98.61%、94.79%、100.00%、98.61%、97.91%、99.31%。贤儒镇、大石头镇、江源镇、官地镇碘盐合格率,合格碘盐食用率均为100.00%。[结论]2004~2010年敦化市部分乡镇居民食用盐碘含量合格率和覆盖率达到国家对消除碘缺乏病目标。[Objective]To understand the iodine content in salt,so as to provide scientific basis for prevention and control strategies. [Methods]Analysis was made on iodine salt surveillance data in Dunhua city, 2004-2010. [Resuits]A total of 2 016 samples were detected,among which 1 962 were qualified,54 were unqualified, 1 was non-iodized salt,the covering rate of iodized salt was 99.95%, the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.37%, the use rate of qualified iodized salt was 97.132% ,the rate of non-iodized salt was 0.01%, the concentration of iodine was 32.20 mg/kg. The qualified rate of iodized salt was 92.01%,98.61%, 95.12 %, 100.00 %, 98.61 %,9 7.91%, and 9 9.31 %, the use rate of qualified iodized salt was 92.01% ,98.61% ,94.79% ,100.00% ,98.61%,97.91% ,and 99.31%/00,2004-2010. The qualified rate of iodized salt, the use rate o f qualified iodized salt was 100.00 % in Xianru, Dashitou, Jiangyuan, and Guandi townships. [Conclusion]The qualified rate and the use rate of qualified iodized salt in Dunhua city meets the national standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
