摘　　要：医院因其特殊的性质,所要达到的发展目标和质量标准难以用常规的绩效考核方法来测量。国内外在探索医院绩效考核方面已经付诸了较多实践和探索。通过采用文献回顾的方法,对国内外有关医院绩效考核的方法进行综述分析,阐述分析了常用绩效考核方法的内涵、实施注意事项以及相关的应用案例,同时介绍了国际上与绩效考核相关的新方法,并据此提出应用绩效考核方法的相关建议,以期对我国公立医院绩效考核工作的开展有所裨益。It is difficult to use conventional methods to measure the hospital development goals and quality standards because of its special nature.However,researchers in China and abroad had put amount of practice on exploring the hospital performance evaluation.Literature review was used to analyze the connotation,key point and cases of the common performance evaluation methods.New methods reference with healthcare performance measurement overseas is introduced and recommendations for promoting the establishment on hospital performance evaluation in China is presented.
