摘　　要：湖北省旅游业发展"一城两圈"的旅游发展战略对旅游专业人才培养提出了更高要求。围绕湖北省旅游业特点,结合部分院校办学的成功经验,创新性提出了湖北省高职旅游管理专业"课证融通、工学渗透"的人才培养模式。"课证融通",是把全国导游资格证考试的标准和内容纳入专业课程体系;"工学渗透",是结合旅游业淡旺季的特点进行课堂和企业实境交替轮换。With the development of tourism in Hubei Province,the strategy of ＂one city two circles＂ sets higher demands for tourism professionals.In accordance with the characteristics of the tourism industry in Hubei Province and combined with some successful experience from other colleges and universities,the paper puts forward the talent training mode of tourism management in higher vocational colleges in Hubei.＂Integration of courses＂ means National Tourism Guide Certificate Exam can be introduced into professional curriculum while ＂engineering penetration＂ means that students both study in class and work in tourism enterprises according to the special periods of time.
