摘　　要：５脂氧化酶抑制剂是目前药物化学研究的热点之一，本文对异羟肟酸类、羟基脲类５ＬＯ抑制剂及其类似物的发现与发展过程。The 5 lipoxygenase inhibitor is one of the topics of general interest of today's medicinal chemistry reserach.This paper reviewed the development of 5 lipoxygenase inhibitors hydroxamic acids,hydroxyureas,and their analogues,and their discovery,developing history,structure activity relationships and effecting mechanism.
