结合八年制医学生特点进行内科学见习教学初探

摘　　要：八年制医学生是一种新的培养方式,目标是培养达到临床医学博士研究生水平的高层次人才。2004级临床医学八年制是中南大学湘雅医学院的首届八年制,对我院首届八年制的内科学见习带教,我们结合八年制医学生自身特点及培养目标,探索了一些适合学生的教学方法,从重视教学准备人手,根据不同教学内容采用多种教学方法,重视三基训练和临床思维的培养、灌输循证医学观念、培养科研意识,使学生全面提高,取得较好效果。： In the implementation of 8-year medical program a higher standard has been put forward for teaching. In order to cope with the new situation the authors have carried out a series of reforms in exploring innovative long-schooling education program at clinical practice stage in internal medicine, and used different teaching methods in accordance with the students＇ characteristics and the curriculum. This article intro- duces our experience in this field.
