摘 要:目的:通过对参加青年住院医师导师制培养的青年住院医师进行调查分析,以评价实行效果。方法:参加导师制学习的青年住院医师的实践技能、理论知识、科研能力和执业医师考试通过率等方面的成绩进行定量分析。结果:参加导师制学习的住院医师在实践技能、理论知识、科研能力和执业医师考试等方面成绩提高均有统计学意义。结论:实行青年住院医师导师制后,住院医师在临床技能、理论知识、科研能力以及执业医师考试通过率等方面均有显著的进步。Objective: To carry out a poll from young residents who have been trained by tutorial system to find out the results. Methods: A quantitative analysis of achievements was made in practical skills, in cultivation in theory and ability in research, and percentage of the exam of physician vocational qualification by young residents who have been trained by tutorial system. Results: Statistical significance has been presented in making a progress with practical skills, cultivation in theory and ability in research, and percentage of the exam of physician vocational qualification. Conclusion: After implementing tutorial system of young residents, young residents have been making a great progress in practical skills, cultivation in theory and ability in research, and in percentage of the exam of physician vocational qualification.
