摘　　要：自主创新能力是国家竞争力的核心。如何适应时代发展的需要,培养高素质医学创新人才是每一位医学教育者面临的挑战。回顾十年的医学机能实验改革,自主实验设计的教学模式对于培养医学生的创新性思维,提高其综合素质具有较大的优势,但如何进一步发挥学生和教师的主观能动性,尚有待进一步完善。Self-reliance innovative ability is of great significance for competitiveness of nations. It is challenge for every medical educator to cultivate advanced medical students according to the need for development of times. Looking back at the past ten years of reform in medical experiment teaching, there is no doubt of the advantages of the reform, but how to encourage students and teachers to engage fully in a positive role still needs to be improved.
