摘　　要：本文通过抽样调查的方法,对海内外国际品牌酒店和国际旅行社进行了问卷调查,分析并总结了旅游企业对国际化旅游专业人才的职业能力要求,提炼出旅游职业院校学生职业核心能力,并有针对性地提出了职业院校旅游人才培养的建议。Through sampling survey to the international brand hotel and international travel agency, the article analyzes and summarizes the tourism enterprise＇s requirements to the international tourism professional talents＇ career capacity, constructs a tourism vocational colleges students＇ professional core ability, and puts forward the suggestion on the talent training of vocational colleges.
