摘　　要：工学结合模式是职业教育人才培养模式的重大变革。高职院校思想政治教育模式转变成为这一模式下的题中应有之义。工学结合模式下高职院校思想政治教育面临着问题和挑战,也存在创新发展的理论可能和有效途径。Work and study personnel train mode is a great innovation of vocational education. The conversion of ideological education in higher vocational colleges is becoming a must. Under this system, this mode is facing problems and challenges. At the same time, it faces the possibility of new theory and an effective way.
