摘 要:以双余度舵系统为研究背景,以双余度无刷直流舵机为被控对象,讨论余度绕组电流不均衡的原因与危害。设计位置环、速度环和均流环的三环控制策略。着重讨论双余度无刷直流电动机余度绕组的电流均衡控制策略。建立双余度无刷直流电动机和舵系统的仿真模型。利用MATLAB/Simulink,对均流控制效果和舵系统性能进行仿真验证。仿真结果和实验结果表明,绕组均流控制策略设计合理,实现了双余度绕组间的电流均衡。提高了舵系统的整体性能和可靠性。舵系统跟踪曲线超调小、稳态精度高,系统整体性能优良。Based on dual-redundancy rudder system as the research background,a dual-redundancy BLDCM(brushless DC motor) was applied.The reason and harm of imbalance of dual-redundancy winding current were described.Based on the position loop control,speed loop control and current loop control,the control strategy of dual-redundancy rudder system was designed.The winding current balance control strategy was a key of discussion.Dual-redundancy BLDCM model and dual-redundancy model were established.Using MATLAB/Simulink,the simulation results of these models were given.The simulation and experimental results show that the winding current balance control strategy is reasonable,and the performance of dual-redundancy rudder system is excellent.
