高职院校顶岗实习网络管理模式初探

摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职院校重要的教育教学活动,也是产学合作培养高技能应用型人才的有效途径。针对顶岗实习管理中遇到的问题,提出利用网络平台搭建学校、企业、学生三方合作交流平台,对加强高职院校顶岗实习过程的管理与监控,确保顶岗实习质量,提高高职院校人才培养水平具有重要意义。Students＇ pre-job practice is not only an important educational activity in vocational colleges, but also an effective pathway to cultivate highly skilled ＆ applied talents with the cooperation between colleges and enterprises. To the problems of students＇ management in pre-job practice, this paper propo- ses that a net platform for cooperation and communication be established among colleges, enterprises, and students, which is of great significance to intensify the management and students＇ monitoring in practice, ensure its quality and level up standard for talents cultivating in vocational colleges.
