摘　　要：社会信仰失去带来空虚,社会价值失去带来反判与堕落,人生价值和人生意义失去带来彷徨是现代青年人成长迷茫的社会原因。而核心价值缺乏带来了心理免疫力低下,无法灵活运用价值结构带来了心理适应力不足,价值基座不稳固带来了心理承受能力不强是现代青年人成长迷茫的个体原因。可以通过建立新的价值体系重构健康社会心理;通过积极心理训练提升个体心理状态;通过寻找社会价值和个人价值的契合点用于解决现代青年人成长迷茫问题。The society faith lost brings emptiness,social value lost to bring the anti-sub-sub-contractors and fallen,the value of life and the meaning of life lost to bring a loss of modern young people grow up confused social reasons.The core values of a lack of psychological immunity is low,and flexibility in the use of the value structure brought psychological adjustment inadequate value base is not solid to bring the psychological ability is not strong is modern young people grow up confused individual reasons.Reconstruction of the health social psychology;through positive mental training to enhance the individual state of mind;find the meeting point of social values and personal values is used to solve the confusion problem of modern young people grow up through the establishment of a new value system.
