摘　　要：针对肿瘤发生的遗传学背景,将外源目的基因引入肿瘤细胞或其它体细胞内以纠正过度活化或补偿缺陷的基因,而从达到治疗肿瘤的目的 ,即为肿瘤基因治疗(CGT)。分为针对肿瘤细胞的CGT策略和针对机体的CGT策略。前者有包括针对抑癌基因的CGT、针对癌基因的CGT、针对肿瘤细胞的免疫基因治疗、自杀基因治疗、耐药基因治疗;后者包括免疫效应细胞介导的CGT、树突状细胞介导的CGT、抗血管生成CGT。虽然CGT不太可能完全治愈肿瘤,但随着它的不断完善,能提高恶性肿瘤晚期的治疗的有效性,改善患者的生存质量。The genetic background of the tumor occurred, the foreign gene into tumor cells or other somatic cells to correct or compensate for excessive activation of the defective gene, and from the purpose to cure cancer, namely cancer gene therapy. Against CGT strategy for the cancer cells and CGT strategy for the body .The former have included tumor suppressor gene for the CGT, for cancer gene CGT, cellular immunity against tumor gene therapy, suicide gene therapy, drug resistance gene therapy; The latter include the effects of cell-mediated im- mune CGT, dendritic cell-mediated CGT, anti-angiogenic CGT. Although the CGT unlikely cure cancer, but as it continues to improve, can improve the effectiveness of the treatment of advanced cancer and improve the quality of life of patients.
