摘　　要：辅导员、班主任对学生进行深度辅导过程中,"温度"是一个非常重要的问题,它是开展深度辅导的前提,也是影响深度辅导效果的关键。但如何把握好"温度",这就需要辅导员熟练扮演好家人、朋友、老师这三重角色,破除功利想法,全身心地投入到学生工作中。In the process of depth counseling to students by instructors and class advisers,＂temperature＂is a very important issue,which is the premise of depth counseling and a key influencing the results of depth counseling.How to control＂temperature＂requires instructors to play well the triple role of a family member,friend and teacher,break utilitarianism view and put their heart and soul into student management.
