摘　　要：中小企业创业环境优化就是改善与中小企业创业相关的各种外部因素,促进中小企业创业成功进行。本文借鉴GEM模型,对重庆典型区县中小企业创业环境进行调研分析,针对中小企业创业环境中存在的问题,从金融支持、人才培训、产业发展、基础设施建设、政务环境改善、创业氛围营造等方面提出优化对策。Improvement of small and medium-sized enterprise＇s entrepreneurial environment is that improves a variety of external factors related to small and medium-sized enterprise＇s entrepreneurship,which promotes small and medium-sized enterprise＇s entrepreneurship success.The paper draws lessons from the GEM model,and researches and analysis small and medium-sized enterprise＇s entrepreneurial environment in some county of Chongqing.According to the problems for small and medium sized enterprise＇s entrepreneurial environment,we put forward to the countermeasures,such as the financial support,personnel training,industry development,infrastructure construction,government affairs environment improvement,entrepreneur ship atmosphere.
