摘　　要：多民族地区应认识和把握民族文化宽容的规律,发挥文化宽容对社会和谐的积极影响,坚持在"和而不同"中构建民族文化的核心凝聚力;在"求同存异"中张扬民族文化的个性魅力;在"多样性"中坚持民族文化核心价值影响力;在"传统性"中彰显民族文化软实力,巩固多民族地区社会和谐的思想文化基础。Multi-ethnic areas should understanding and grasp of the national culture of tolerance law,play the positive impact of cultural tolerance for social harmony,build cohesiveness of the national culture in ＂the different＂,assertive in seeking common ground while reserving difference in the personality of the national culture charm,adhere to the national culture and core values influence in the diversity,highlight the soft power of the national culture in the traditional,consolidate the ideological and cultural basis of social harmony in multi-ethnic region.
