摘　　要：本文从存在主义的角度,借鉴和吸收了其中具有特色的教育内涵,总结出教师所实施的应是人本主义教育,应充分展示自己的人格力量,以自我个性影响儿童,确立平等民主的师生关系三大方面。From the existential point of view,learn and absorb the featured educational content,summed up the implementation by the teachers the humanistic education,should fully demonstrate their strength of character,self-personality of children,established the division of equal democratic student relationship three aspects.
