摘　　要：有效课堂教学管理是有效教学的先决条件。据调查,目前高校公共合堂课存在着效率低下、学生学习积极性不高等诸多问题,在一定程度上影响了高等教育质量的有效提高。树立以实践理性、解放理性为指导的大学公共合堂课课堂教学管理理念是解决这些问题关键之一。Effective Classroom management is a prerequisite for effective teaching.According to the survey,co-class in colleges exists lot of problems,for instance inefficiency,negative learning etc;which affect the quality of higher education to improve in a certain extent.Therefore,it is one of the keys to solve these problems that establish co-class classroom teaching management concepts in college which regard practical reason and liberational ration as guidance.
