摘　　要：高校图书馆要提高服务质量,就必须对馆员进行科学、合理的管理。分析了高校图书馆现有管理模式的局限性,提出了馆员"星级化管理"的新理念,并详尽阐述了星级馆员的管理措施。In order to improve the service quality, university library must make scientific and rational management for librarians. This paper analyzes the limitations of existing management mode of university library, puts forward the new concept of starred management for librarians, and expounds in detail the measures for the management of starred librarians.
