摘  要:[目的]调查护士绩效薪酬满意度现状及影响因素,为护理管理者施行绩效改革提供参考。[方法]采用便利整群取样法,抽取重庆市1所医院护士315人,采用自行设计护士一般情况调查表、绩效薪酬满意度量表进行调查。[结果]护理人员的绩效薪酬满意度处于中下水平,对护士薪酬满意度预测力最强的是护士报酬是否体现劳动价值。[结论]护理管理者应提高护士的待遇,使报酬充分体现劳动价值,减少不同科室护士之间的薪酬差距,从而提高护士薪酬满意度,促进护理事业健康、持续、稳定发展。Objective:To investigate the status quo of nurses'satisfaction to performance salary and its influencing factors,so as to provide references for nursing managers implementing performance reform.Methods:A total of 315 nurses in a hospital in Chongqing city were selected by using convenience sampling method and investigated with salary satisfaction scale and generalized information questionnaire.Results:The mean score of salary satisfaction was in lower-middle level.The main factor affecting satisfaction of nurses to salary was whether the payment can reflect labor value.Conclusion:Nursing managers should increase salary of nurse arnohg order to make the salary reflect their labor value and decrease gap of payment among different wards so as to enhance nurses'satisfaction to salary and promote healthy,sustainable and stable development of nursing career.
