摘　　要：通过对120名非英语专业大学生的问卷调查和词汇测试,了解到影响大学生大学英语词汇学习的障碍主要有:词语搭配、一词多义及文化差异。因此,在大学英语词汇教学中应当充分重视词汇搭配教学,抓住一词多义现象,重视文化内涵差异,才能突破词汇学习的障碍。Vocabulary is basic language materials, and an important part of language. Vocabulary teaching is the major part of language teaching. This paper discusses the major obstacles of vocabulary learning to college students,by 120 non-English major students＂ questionnaires and vocabulary tests. They are word collocation, polysemy, and cultural differences. Therefore we should pay full attention to word collocation teaching, seize a tie-in polysemy phenomenon and attach importance to culture differences, to break through the obstacles of vocabulary learning.in Colleee English vocabularv teaching.
