土地资源管理专业招生培养就业一体化模式研究

摘　　要：招生培养就业一体化模式是解决土地资源管理专业毕业生就业问题的重要措施。建立了优化课程设置、突出鲜明特色;重视实习实践、增强实习比重;独具特色综合实习,实现就业零适应期;注重综合素质培养,努力提高就业质量的教学与就业一体化培养模式。提出了转变毕业生的就业观念;加强就业指导和咨询服务;引导制订职业生涯规划;就业后跟踪服务等招生与就业服务体系,拓宽了就业渠道。Integration model of enrollment, education and employment is an important measure to solve the problems of graduates＇ employment who engaged in land resources management major. The article puts forward the following proposals：establishing the optimizing the curriculum setting, highlighting the distinc- tive features, emphasizing on practice and enhancing the proportion of internship. It is an integrated practice with the unique characteristics and can realize the employment in zero adjustment period, which won＇ t spend a very long time to adapt to the work very well. Besides, the article suggests that we should focus on the overall quality of training and make an efforts to improve teaching method to increase the quality of employment and improve the integration training mode. The changes in the concept of employment of graduates have been proposed to. We should also strengthen the employment guidance and counseling serv- ices. What＇ s more, we should guide the students to formulate career planning. Lastly, the article puts for- wards a recruitment and employment service system which has follow-up service after graduation. This service system can broaden the employment channels.
