摘 要:通过从三油酸甘油酯释放油酸的释放率来判定胰脂肪酶活性的方法,研究并比较了30种果蔬乙醇提取物的减肥作用。30种果蔬70%乙醇提取物对胰脂肪酶作用的测定结果表明:青辣椒乙醇提取物对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用最强,抑制率为46.15%,山竹提取物抑制率为29.87%,白萝卜、柠檬和圣女果提取物对胰脂肪酶的抑制率均达到20%以上。大蒜提取物对胰脂肪酶有较强的促进作用(29.64%),陈皮和山楂提取物对胰脂肪酶的促进率分别为6.38%和7.66%。The objective was to evaluate the anti-obesity effects of ethanol extracts of 30 kinds of fruits and vegetables.The authors investigated their inhibitory activity against pancreatic lipase by determining the release of oleic acid from triolein.The results showed that ethanol extract of green pepper exhibited the strongest pancreatic lipase inhibitory activity and the inhibition rate was 46.15%.The anti-lipase activity of mangosteen extract was in the second.In addition,the pancreatic lipase inhibition rate of white radish,lemon and small tomato extract exceeded 20%.However,garlic,hawthorn and orange peel extract enhanced the pancreatic lipase activity.Their pancreatic lipase promotion rates were 29.64%,7.66% and 6.38%,respectively.It is demonstrated that some fruits and vegetables extracts have the inhibitory effects against pancreatic lipase.The results provided strong theoretical basis for further investigating the inhibitory mechanism in vitro and in vivo.
