摘 要:针对具有较大滞后性、非线性和时变性的某飞机液压能源系统温度控制在实际中很难实现较高控制精度的问题。设计出以参数自整定模糊PID控制算法为核心的温控系统控制器。利用Matlab/Fuzzy工具箱进行仿真,结果表明,该控制器较传统PID控制器有更好的动态性和鲁棒性。试验验证,该控制器对改型飞机液压源温控起到了较好效果。Aiming at the problem that the temperature control of an airplane hydraulic energy system with characteristics of larger hysteresis,nonlinearity and time-varying is difficult to achieve higher control precision in practice.The controller of the temperature control system was designed by using the parameter self-setting fuzzy PID control algorithm as the core.The simulation was done by using the Matlab/Fuzzy tool box.The simulation results show that the controller has better dynamic and robustness than traditional PID controller.Experiments show that the controller has better effect in oil temperature control of this type of aircraft hydraulic source.
