心理契约视角下国有企业环境责任的博弈分析

摘　　要：近年来,接连不断发生在我国国有企业重大环境污染的事件,引发社会高度关注。国有企业环境责任的缺失,不但影响自身形象,制约企业可持续发展,而且也不利于我国建设"资源节约型"和"环境友好型"社会目标的实现。本文结合经济学和心理学知识,将国有企业履行环境责任,社会公众履行投资责任(由政府代为履行)界定为国有企业与公众之间的心理契约。运用博弈论分析方法,分确定性和不确定性两种情况对此心理契约进行分析,最后提出提升国有企业环境责任意识、重建国有企业绩效评价指标等加强国有企业环境责任建设的策略建议。In recent years,many major environmental incidents caused by the state-owned enterprises have brought about high social attention.The deficiency of environmental responsibility of state-owned enterprises not only affects their own images and limits the sustainable development,but also goes against the realization of constructing resource-saving and environment friendly society.With the of knowledge of economics and psychology,the article defines the performance of environmental responsibility of state-owned enterprise and carrying out of the social public investment responsibility as psychological contract.By using the method of game theory,the article analyzes the psychological contract based on the two aspects of certainty and uncertainty and proposes suggestions for improving the awareness of environment responsibility of state-owned enterprises and restructuring the indicators of state-owned enterprises performance evaluation to strengthen the construction of state-owned enterprise environment responsibility.
