摘　　要：检察官职业化是指通过一定的方式和制度保障,逐步使检察官职业形成一个拥有共同的法律知识结构、独特的法律思维方式,具有强烈的社会正义感和公正信仰的整体。文章认为,加强民族地区检察官职业化建设是贵州基本省情的需要,是国家法律在民族地区正确实施的需要,也是民族地区检察机关现状的迫切需要,并从健全民族地区检察官的物质保障制度、教育培训制度、完善检察官等级制、推行检察官遴选制等方面提出了推进检察官职业化建设的建议。The professionalization of prosecutors is the formation of the vocational community sharing common legal knowledge structure, unique perspective towards legal issues and justice belief based on certain mechanism guarantee. The requirement of prosecutor professionalization in ethnic areas of Guizhou rises from the eccentric needs of legal construction and provincial conditions. Relevant suggestions proposed in this article concern material guarantee, education system, hierarchy system, prosecutor selection mechanism, etc.
