摘 要:目的通过一系列毒理学实验教学实践与改革措施,以提高毒理学的教学质量与教学效果。方法从毒理学实验教学过程中的常见问题及薄弱环节入手,采用预防医学专业本科生与毒理学实验教师互动的综合实验教学模式,并对毒理学实验教学实践改革的效果进行评价与改进。结果学生学习毒理学的兴趣得以提高,培养了学生的科学创新思维,提高了学生的实验动手能力、观察与独立思考能力、搜集、处理实验数据及撰写实验报告的能力。结论综合式毒理学实验教学模式得到了学生的肯定,教学质量也得到了相应的提高,获得了一定的教学效果。Objective To improve the teaching quality and teaching effect on toxicology through a series of teaching practice and reform measures of toxicological experiment.Methods Considering from the common problems and weak points in the process of toxicological experiment teaching,we adopted a comprehensive experimental teaching mode which the undergraduates majored in preventive medicine and the teachers of toxicological experiment could be interactive.Furthermore,we evaluated experimental teaching practice and reform effect on toxicology,and then improved it.Results The students' interests in learning toxicology had been somewhat raised,the students' scientific creative thinking was cultivated,and the students' experimental operating ability,independent thinking ability,observation ability,the capabilities of collecting and processing experimental data and experimental report writing had been improved.Conclusions The comprehensive experimental teaching mode on toxicology has been affirmed by the students.Not only our teaching quality has been correspondingly improved,but also we have attained a certain effect with teaching.
