摘　　要：本科生导师制的实施为高等教育改革背景下本科教育质量的提升提供了有力支撑。以中山大学药学院为例,介绍本科生导师制实施概况,探讨当前本科生导师制实施过程中存在的问题并提出建议。The implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates promotes the development of undergraduates in conditions of higher education and teaching reforms.Based on the investigation of School of Pharmaceutical Sciences,Sun Yat-sen University,this study firstly introduced the status of implementation of tutorial system for undergraduates,and then several problems were analyzed.Finally,several suggestions were also proposed.
