中学生家长性知识、性观念与性态度调查研究

摘　　要：了解中学生家长的性知识、性观念和性态度,为发挥家庭在性教育中的重要作用提供依据。采用多阶段整群随机抽样的方法对709名家长进行了匿名自填式问卷调查。结果表明大部分中学生家长具备性生理及性传播疾病知识,但缺乏性心理知识和指导孩子处理性欲望和避免性侵害方面的知识;大部分中学生家长在性观念方面呈现保守、传统与开放、务实的矛盾特点,部分家长对性问题认识不清;有近一半的家长缺乏正确的性态度;以农村、高年龄和低文化程度组的各方面认识较差。所以应加强对家长的性教育宣传,促进他们对性知识的学习,提高其家庭性教育意识和能力,从而保证家庭性教育的有效开展。To identify the sexual knowledge,opinions and attitudes among middle school students＇ parents so as to provide basis for improving family sex education.709 parents of middle school students were investigated with self-administered questionnaire.The results of the survey show that most parents have the knowledge on physiology and sexually transmitted diseases,but lack of the sexual psychology knowledge and the knowledge on helping their children treating sexual desire and avoiding sexual abuse.Most of the students＇ parents on sexual opinions are self-contradiction,but part of them have a haze of misunderstanding.Nearly half of the parents lack of proper sexual attitudes.And parents in rural areas,with the higher age and lower education level are more likely having bad recognition.It is necessary to strength the education and publicity to parents so as to promote them to learn about sexual knowledge,to improve their family sex educational consciousnes and ability and to ensure family sex education to be carried out effectively.
