摘　　要：建立了基于GM(1,1)模型和Cobweb模型的房地产行业模型,分别从未来房价和房地产行业泡沫两个方面,参考国家统计局数据,借助于MATLAB软件定量分析了未来我国房地产市场发展态势,并提出了一些建议,以期对我国房地产行业发展有一定的理论指导意义。Two models about the real estate industry based on GM（1,1） Model and Cobweb Model were formulated.Then a quantitative analysis of the future development trend of China＇ s real estate market was carried out separately from the future price and real estate bubble in two aspects,with MATLAB software,according to the data from the national bureau of statistics of China.In addition,some suggestions were put forward.In brief,we expect to provide China＇s real estate industry with some theoretical guidance.
