摘　　要：本文以提升企业的技术创新能力的重要性为起点,引出科技绩效考核评价是提升企业科技创新能力的重要手段,阐述了科技绩效考核评价的概念、特点、内容。最后提出了有色企业改进科技绩效考核评价工作的建议。This paper starts with the importance of improving enterprise technology innovation ability,leading to point that science and technology performance evaluation is an important way to promote the enterprise technology innovation ability.This paper expounds the concept,characteristics and content of the performance evaluation of science and technology.Finally,it puts forward the suggestions of improving science and technology performance evaluation of nonferrous enterprise.
