摘　　要：从某种程度上讲,高校教学质量管理水平的高低直接决定了高等教育强国建设的历史进程与步伐。本文从建设高等教育强国的视野审视高校教学质量管理的问题、挑战并提出对策。To some extent, the level of university teaching quality management directly determines the historical process and the pace of the construction of powerful country through higher education. This paper examines the issues in university＇s teaching quality management in the view of constructing a powerful country through higher education, and then proposes the solutions.
