摘  要:建立了用带八极杆碰撞/反应池的电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ORS-ICP-MS)测定食品添加剂食用二氧化钛中Be、Mg、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Sb、Ba、Hg、Pb等16种微量元素的方法。样品用硝酸+氢氟酸分解后,试液直接用ORS-ICP-MS法同时测定上述痕量元素含量。采用八极杆碰撞/反应池技术,有效地消除了多原子离子对待测元素的干扰,确定了实验的最佳测定条件。结果表明,各元素的检出限在0.002~0.186μg/g之间,加标回收率在92.2%~109.2%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.38%。An analytical method for simultaneous determination of 16 trace elements in food additives edible TiO2 including Be,Mg,Al,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Sb,Ba,Hg and Pb by octopole reaction system inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ORS-ICP-MS)has been established.Samples were decomposed by HNO3 and HF followed by dilution with ultrapure water then the above 16 elements in the solution was analyzed directly by ORS-ICP-MS.The use of ORS can eliminate the interference of polyatomic ions dramatically.The optimum conditions for the determination was tested and discussed.The method was shown to be very sensitive with limits of quantification in the range of 0.002~0.186 μg/g for all investigated elements,the recovery of the samples was in the range of 92.2%~109.2% and the relative standard deviation(RSD)less than 3.38%.
