基于探索性多案例分析的新兴服务企业创新生成机理研究

摘　　要：使用探索性多案例研究方法、基于扎根理论对大连天翼、大连国际机场集团、东软大连分公司以及大连理工大学科技园有限公司的创新案例进行分析,确定了我国新兴服务企业创新的影响因素和范畴;以案例研究结论为基础进行了量表开发,并据此综合使用结构方程模型和回归分析探究了外部环境不确定性、组织外部社会网络、组织创新氛围以及新兴服务企业技术和管理创新之间的关系。Aim to investigate characteristics and discipline of innovation generation of Chinese new services enterprises.First of all,four innovation cases of Dalian Tianyi Consultant Corporation,Dalian International Airport Group,Northeast Software Dalian Branch,and Science Park Company of Dalian University of Technology were analyzed to identify influencing factors and dimensions of Chinese new services enterprises,using exploratory multiple case study method and based on grounded theory.Then,questionnaires were designed according to case study results.Structural equation modeling and regression analysis were conducted to explore direct and interact relationships among external environment uncertainty,organizational external social network,organizational innovation climate and technological and management innovation of new services enterprises.
