摘　　要：针对我国新建本科院校的普遍特征及其在发展中存在的问题,通过对正确处理中心工作及重点工作和全面建设、扩大办学规模与提高办学质量、挖掘内力与借助外力、坚持以人为本与量力而行、领导学院科学发展与加强党委班子自身建设、廉政与勤政等关系的科学分析,提出促进学院进一步科学、可持续发展的对策。The universal characteristics and the points within themselves development of the new colleges are analyzed in this paper.The six relationships,which include the central task,important task and overall task,enlarging the scale of running colleges and enhancing the quality of running colleges,digging the internal force and having the aid of out force,upholding people-oriented and acting according to one＇s ability,leading the college scientific development and enhancing the Party committee leading body construction,clean and honest administration and diligent administration,have been analyzed and some countermeasures are given to promote a sustainable development for the new colleges.
