分层教学在高校武术教学中的应用

摘　　要：文章贯彻"健康第一,素质教育"的教育指导思想,在教学大纲的指导下,根据武术的教学特点和学生个体差异,将"分层教学法"引入武术教学中,改变了传统的"一刀切,齐步走"的教学模式,解决了在武术教学中出现的一些学生"吃不饱"或者是"吃不了"问题,使每个学生都能在原有的基础上得到真正的提高。This paper carries out the education guiding thought of ＂the health first,education for all-round development＂,under the direction of syllabus,according to the character of Wushu teaching and the individual differences of students,introduces ＂the stratified teaching method＂ into Wushu teaching,change the traditional＂ make it rigidly uniform,marching＂ teaching mode in Wushu teaching,solves the problem of some of the students ＂not enough to eat＂ or ＂unable to digest＂ in the teaching of Wushu,so that each student can on the basis of the original and can be truly improved.
