摘  要:加拿大西北社区学院基于"能力本位"的烹饪专业实训教学专业设置科学,培养目标明确,课程设置合理,教师德才兼备,技能全面,适时进行课程改革,教学方法灵活多样,重视为学生提供真实的实训平台,在实训中注重营销,多方位推介学生。同时,西北社区学院注意与媒体、社区的沟通。这些实训教学模式体现出来的特点对我国高职教育实训教学的改革具有重要的启示与借鉴意义。The practical teaching of the culinary art program based on CBE in Northwest Community College of Canada, has scientific professional setting, clear training objectives and proper curriculum design. The teachers have both ability and political integrity, conduct curriculum reform in good time, use flexible training methods, pay much attention to offering real training opportunities for students, stress the importance of the marketing in practical training and promote students in multidi- reetional ways. In the meanwhile, North West Community College values the function of the media and the community. These characteristics of the practical training model of North West Community College throw light on the practical teaching reform of China's higher vocational education.
