摘　　要：通过问卷调查和走访调查的方法,探讨在广西"国培计划"体育教师培训过程中培训课程设置存在的问题,分析其实际发展状况,提出今后培训课程设置的改进要点,即对培训模式的科学指导,培训内容的适切选择和培训策略的多样综合进行探讨。Through the method of questionnaire and interview, the essay discusses the curriculum in the process of training physical education teachers in the ＂training plan by the county ＂ of Guangxi, analyses the practical development, and proposes the future improvement. The essay explores the scientific guidance of training mode, the practical choice of training content and the comprehensive of training Strategy.
