新疆南疆三地州农民参与农村职业教育意愿分析

摘　　要：农村职业教育对农业产业结构、新农村建设、现代农业的发展起着十分重要的作用。因此,加快发展农村职业教育意义重大。本文在实地调研的基础上,以新疆南疆三地州1078份农民调查问卷为依据,借助logistic回归模型对农民参与农村职业教育意愿的影响因素进行分析。结果表明,家庭劳动力数量、家庭成员从业状况、家庭年收入对农民参与农村职业教育具有显著影响。The rural vocational education plays a very important role in the agricultural structure,the new rural construction and the development of modern agriculture.Therefore,it is of great significance to speed up the development of the rural vocational education.On the basis of the investigation in the three prefectures in southern Xinjiang,this study uses the logistic regression model to analyze the factors which influence the farmers＇ participation in the rural vocational education.The results show that the number of family labor,occupation,family income has significant impact.
