摘  要:目的:探讨多学科联合护理教学在新护士岗前培训改革中的应用效果。方法:岗前培训在原有授课项目中增加一项多学科联合教学。确定一个典型病例,模拟患者从急诊科入院至神经内科,再转入神经外科,最后进入手术室的临床护士工作内容和流程。4名授课老师从专科知识点、工作流程视频演示、现场回答问题纠错3个环节授课。结果:通过授课培训,新护士独立上岗时间缩短,专科理论与工作流程考试平均成绩差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:改革后,利于新护士尽快适应工作环境,增强新护士临床护理工作能力。Objective: To explore application effect on multidiseiplinary joint nursing teaching in pre - job training reformation of new nurse. Methods:In the original teaching projects, pre -job training increase a multidisciplinary joint nursing teaching. To sure a typical ease, and simulate working content and process of clinieal nurses that patients enter the hospital emergency department to nerve medicine, into neurosurgery and to the operating room at last. 4 teachers oorreet 3 mistakes,including, specialist knowledge, workflow video demonstration and site to answer questions. Results:Though teaching training, independent mount guard time of new nurse are shortened, and average grade differences of specialized subjeot theory and the working process examination are statistically significant (all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions:The reform was adapt to the new nurse working environment as soon as possible, and to enhanee new nurse clinical nursing work ability.
