摘 要:建立涡轴发动机动力涡轮转子动力特性有限元分析模型,计算得到转子的前三阶临界转速值,在高速旋转试验器上完成全转速范围内的动力特性和高速动平衡试验,实测得到转子在额定工作转速范围内高速动平衡前后等状态下振动幅值随转速的变化曲线,研究结果表明:建立的计算模型反映了转子的真实情况,高速动平衡效果良好,解决了型号研制过程中的一项关键技术。The finite element calculating model for a power turbine rotor of a turbo-shaft engine was built here. The dynamic characteristics of the rotor, such as, critical speeds, were calculated and anylyzed. The dynamic characteristics and high speed dynamic balance tests of the rotor in the whole range of the rotating speed were performed. The curves of vibration amplitude versus rotating speed before and after high speed dynamic balance and other states were measured. The study results showed that the calculating model reflects the real situation of the rotor and the balance effect is good. A key-technique was solved in developing a new-type engine.
