配方施肥对热研2号柱花草产量和品质的影响

摘　　要：以热研2号柱花草为研究对象,采用"3414"肥料试验方案,研究不同氮、磷、钾肥的配比对热研2号柱花草产量和品质的影响。结果表明,各施肥处理产量均显著高于不施肥处理,施N 4kg/667m2,P2O58kg/667m2,K2O 8kg/667m2(处理6),鲜草产量最高,为3 997.6kg/667m2。通过三元二次肥料效益函数求得热研2号柱花草的最佳施肥量为:N 4.33kg/667m2,P2O53.93kg/667m2,K2O 3.75kg/667m2,最佳经济产量为3 862.5kg/667m2。热研2号柱花草营养成分中,有粗蛋白和粗灰分含量在营养期高于初花期,粗纤维、粗脂肪和无氮浸出物在营养期低于初花期的规律。An experiment was carried out to study the effect of different N, P, K fertilizer treatments on the yield and quality of StyZosanthes guianensis cv. Reyan No. 2, according to the theory of ＂3414＂ regression opti- mum design, the result showed that： the yield of different treatments of formula fertilization is significantly higher than unfertilized application （CK）, the highest fresh yield of 3 997.6 kg/667 m2 is reached by the appli- cation ofN4.33 kg/667 m2, P205 3.93 kg/667 m2 andK203.75 kg/667 m2（6thtreatment）. Under the three- factor model, the optimum fertil P2Os 3.93 kg/667 m2 and K20 3. ular that in the vegetative stage, the crude fiber （CF）, crude fat （ ization amounts of S. guianensis, cv. Reyan No. 2 are N 4. 33 kg/667 m~, 75 kg/667 m2, the optimum fresh yield is 3 862.5 kg/667 m2. There is a reg- contents of crude protein （CP） and crude ash （Ash） are higher, contents of EE） and nitrogen free extract （NFE） lower than in the early flower stage.
