摘 要:选取不同稀土含量水平(不超标、中度超标、严重超标)的三种典型茶叶样品开展稀土浸出率实验和浸出安全性研究,采用间接定量法系统考察了茶叶在不同浸提条件下稀土元素的溶出率,并对茶汤中稀土的摄食安全性进行了评价预测。结果表明:受试茶样在不同浸出条件下,稀土元素(以氧化物总量计)的总浸出率均在20%以内,依据ADI参考值,仍处于低暴露水平,因此,稀土含量水平适度偏高的茶样在泡饮过程中尚不足以引起膳食安全性问题。Typical tea samples representing current levels(under the standard scope, moderate and beyond the standard greatly)of rare earth elements in tea were picked out to carry out experiments of leaching and security studies, and indirect quantitative method was used to calculate the leaching rates and dissolution of rare earth oxides accurately under different infusing conditions including brewing, the security of rare earth oxides in the tea brew was evaluated on dietary risk accordingly. Results of all previous showed that dissolved rare earth oxides (REOs) in test samples digesting in the brew were less than 20% of the total REOs. According to ADI reference value, the above limited leaching rates of REOs were at a low level of exposure,so it could be said that REOs in tea by given an appropriate higher level could not cause safety issue on dietary reliability during tea brewing process.
