摘　　要：从比较教育学的角度,将普通本科院校大学生与高职院校大学生的学习能力在培养目标、培养模式、培养条件、效果评价体系方面进行了对比分析,探索了构建具有高职院校大学生学习能力培养特色模式的方法和途径,针对高职院校大学生的自主学习能力、收集处理信息能力、合作团队学习能力、质疑与思考能力、综合学习能力及终身学习能力方面提出了一系列的培养策略。From the view of comparative education,we did comparative analysis on the learning ability of ordinary university undergraduates and vocational college students in the training objectives,training model,training conditions,the evaluation system and explored ways to construct features mode to train college students.Research showed that the combination between work and study and the school-enterprise cooperation is an important way to improve the learning ability of vocational students,and made a series of training strategy to improve the ability of collecting and processing information,autonomous learning,team work,questioning and thinking,comprehensive and lifelong learning.
