摘　　要：大学生科研创新实践能力培养的组织管理,是培养大学生创新精神和实践能力的保证。从大学生科研创新实践能力培养的意义出发,对大学生科研创新实践能力培养的组织管理的基本理念、组织管理特点、组织管理架构、组织管理体系进行研究,以期对大学生科研创新实践能力的培养起到保证作用。The creative research comepetence of the undergraduates demands a careful cultivation of creative enthusiasm and spirit.So,this paper attempts to discuss the significance,fundamental conceptions,structure,and system of the management for the sake of their devleopment of creative competence in research.
