新建地方本科院校实施青年教师导师制的探索与实践——以福建省M校为例

摘　　要：青年教师的培养与成长是影响高校师资队伍建设的重要因素。许多专家和学者在青年教师培养方面作了深入的思考与探索,其中以青年教师导师制最为普遍。福建省M校也在青年教师导师制方面进行了实践。本文以M校的实践为研究对象,介绍青年教师导师制的内涵及必要性,详细说明其实施策略,阐述实施导师制的效果。The cultivation and development of young teachers is an important factor that affects the teaching staff construction in college.A lot of experts have done the comprehensive researches about the teaching staff construction in colleges;among them the most general one is young teacher＇s tutor system.This paper takes college M in Fujian Province which has practiced this system as well as a case of study.The first part introduced the connotation and necessity of carrying out the young teachers＇ tutor system.The second part illustrated the implementation strategy of young teachers＇ tutor system in detailed.The third part illustrated the effect of the young teachers＇ tutor system.
