摘 要:目的探讨硒对免疫功能的影响。方法采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺的方式建立小鼠免疫功能低下模型,采用硒酵母混悬液灌胃的方式对小鼠进行补硒实验。结果补硒1μg/d可使免疫低下小鼠血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)及干扰素水平显著增高;补硒10μg/d时血清抗体水平显著下降,且胸腺发生萎缩,但仍可使血清IL-2水平显著增高。结论表明补硒1μg/d对免疫低下小鼠的免疫功能有一定增强作用,补硒达10μsg/d时对免疫功能的影响尚不确定。Objective This study was to investigate the effect of selenium (Se) supplementation on the immune responses. Methods The model of immuno-suppressed mice was made by intra-peritoneal injection of cyclophosphamide. Selenium (Se) was administered by means of yeast selenium mixtures via gastricgavage. Results The levels of interleukin 2 (IL-2) and interferon in serum increased significantly when the immuno-suppressed mice were supplemented with Se 1μg/d; while Se supplementation with 10 μg/d caused atrophy of the thymus and decrement of immunoglobin in the serum of immuno-suppressed mice, but the level of IL-2 still increased significantly. Conclusion Supplementation of Se 1μg/d in the immuno-suppressed mice can increase the immune function, while a higher amount such as 10μg/d has an indefinite effect.
