中药渣栽培平菇试验

摘　　要：根据平菇的生长条件,以太极集团涪陵制药厂的补肾益寿胶囊药渣、棉籽壳为主料制定栽培配方,采用室内层架熟料袋栽法进行栽培。结果表明:用中药渣栽培平菇能够取得良好的经济效益,最佳的栽培料配方是:中药渣80%、麸皮17%、蔗糖2%、石膏1%,此时的生物学效率为83.6%,投入产出比达到1∶3.3。According to the growth condition of Pleurotus ostreatus,the formula of cultivation was made with the Bushen yishou capsule residues in Fuling Pharmaceutical Factory of Taiji Group and the cottonseed hull;The method of sterile material cultivation in plastic bag was used on the indoor frame.The results showed that great economic benefit could be gained by cultivating P.ostreatus with Bushen yishou capsule residues.The most suitable formula to cultivate P.ostreatus was Bushen yishou capsule residues of 80%,wheat bran of 17%,sucrose of 2%,gypsum of 1%,while the biological efficiency of it was 83.6% and the input-output ratio of it was 1∶3.3.
