知觉者与情境的关系对内隐职业性别刻板印象的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:证实大学生存在有内隐职业性别刻板印象,分析大学生的内隐职业刻板印象是否存在有性别差异,探讨知觉者与情境的关系对大学生内隐职业性别刻板印象的影响。方法:采取随机抽样法,运用IAT纸笔测验版本对湖南理工学院120名本科生进行实验调查。结果:(1)大学生存在内隐职业性别刻板印象(2)内隐职业性别刻板印象不存在性别差异(3)This dissertation is designed to prove the existance of implicit occupation-sex stereotype among university students,to analyse if there is a gender difference for this implicit occupation-sex stereotype and to discuss the influences on this implicit occupation-sex stereotype exerted by the relation between percipients and situations.By random sampling,IAT paper based tests were carried out among 120 students from Hunan University of Technology.Result shows that implicit occupation-sex stereotype does exist among university students;however,there is no gender difference for it;and no significant influence from the relation between percipients and situations has been found on implicit occuopation-sex stereotype among university students.
